In the summer of 2024, Tiffany & Co. announced its Jewelry Designer Award in partnership with the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA)—a groundbreaking initiative dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusivity in the fine jewelry industry. As part of this prestigious program, I am honored to have been selected as one of the ten designers invited to participate in this remarkable challenge.

The Tiffany & Co. x CFDA Jewelry Designer Award Challenge is a first-of-its-kind opportunity for American jewelry designers to learn from one of the world’s most celebrated maisons, renowned for its legacy of inventive artistry. As part of Tiffany Atrium and CFDA Impact, this initiative reflects both institutions’ shared commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and excellence in design.

The program officially launched in October 2024 with an intimate breakfast at Tiffany & Co.’s iconic Fifth Avenue flagship, The Landmark, where we were introduced to the design challenge: to create a five-piece capsule collection that honors the house’s rich heritage while embracing contemporary design principles.
Our designs were evaluated by an esteemed Selection Committee, including Tiffany & Co.’s Chief Artistic Officer, Nathalie Verdeille, along with industry luminaries such as Gabrielle Union, Frank Everett, and Jason Wu.

From October 2024 through January 2025, I, along with my fellow participants, engaged in monthly mentoring sessions with the Tiffany & Co. design team. These sessions provided invaluable insights, guidance, and support, helping us refine our creative vision while pushing the boundaries of design.
Being part of this program is an extraordinary honor, and I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to contribute to Tiffany & Co.'s rich design legacy.
