MADE TO ORDER JEWELRY
Many of our signature designs are made-to-order. Each piece is specially handcrafted with careful attention to detail to our client's unique and individual specifications and size or to the unique specifications, size, and shape of the particular gemstones mounted into the piece. Additionally, some designs may require unique gemstone sourcing and specialized lapidary stone cutting. 

ESTIMATED LEAD TIME: Please allow an estimated time of up to 4-8 weeks of lead time to produce and deliver made-to-order jewelry. Lead time will depend on the complexity of the piece. MADE TO ORDER ENGAGEMENT RINGS
Each gemstone is one-of-a-kind and unique in its size and shape; therefore, it would require a custom-tailored fit for our signature settings. Once the gems are carefully selected, our ring settings are then specially designed and handcrafted for the particular gemstones and our client's unique size measurements. Additionally, some pieces may require rare gemstone sourcing and specialized lapidary stone cutting.

SHIPPING –

Once your piece is completed and ready to ship, we will notify you by email with your tracking information and shipping details. Please let us know if you require special shipping arrangements before placing your order. We ship domestic orders within the United States as well as select countries internationally.

Ready To Ship and In-Stock items will be shipped in approximately 5-7 business days (please note, if the item you ordered is not in stock, it will be made to order).

All shipments are sent fully insured for the total value of the specific piece. All domestic shipments within the United States are sent complimentary via UPS 2-Day Air or FedEx Priority 2-Day Shipping.

Buyers may purchase overnight or next-day shipping for an additional fee. The buyer is responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs, or duties due in the destination country.

Marei New York, Inc. does not assume responsibility for shipping courier delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather delays, natural disasters, pandemic-related concerns, and weekend and holiday closures.

BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST MATCH
For the security of our clients, the billing and shipping addresses must match the address on your credit card. We may cancel or delay your order if the billing and shipping addresses do not match. For your protection, we cancel any orders flagged as suspicious by our risk management team. We may need to contact you directly to request further proof of identification to verify your identity and address. Please provide a telephone number with your order so that we may contact you.

An adult signature is required at the time of delivery. If you are not able to sign for the package upon delivery, you may request a hold for pick up at an authorized UPS or FedEx location.

TAXES
New York State and New York City residents will be billed 8.875% sales tax. All other US states may be subject to their local taxes.   

INTERNATIONAL VAT TAX & DUTIES
Please note all prices listed on our website, www.mareinewyork.com, do not include International VAT Tax & duties, import fees, broker fees. All merchandise shipped internationally outside the United States will be subject to local government VAT and duties. Customs or import duties are billed to the buyer once the parcel reaches its destination country. The buyer may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the buyer or person receiving the parcel for customs clearance. Marei New York, Inc. assumes no control over International VAT Tax & duties, import fees, broker fees. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. RETURN POLICY 

NO RETURNS ON FINAL SALE ITEMS
All merchandise sold by Marei New York, Inc. listed as final sale may not be returned. Final sale items include bespoke jewelry, made-to-order jewelry, in-stock ready-to-ship jewelry, engraved, and personalized items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. If the item was received damaged upon delivery, you have three (3) business days to contact us and initiate an item exchange, store credit, or repair. Please note that all exchanges are subject to pre-approval on a case-by-case basis. If the item is approved for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned to us in its original packaging, unworn condition, and not show any signs of wear. For assistance, please get in touch with us at info@mareinewyork.com. 


ORDER CANCELATION 
You have up to twenty-four (24) hours from when you placed your order to cancel. Please contact info@mareinewyork.com to initiate an order cancellation.

Your order may also be canceled for the following reasons:

  • Due to an unforeseen shortage in merchandise stock.
  • Billing and shipping addresses do not match.
  • For your protection, we cancel any orders that are flagged as suspicious by our Risk Management Team.
  • We are not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer and reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors, even after the order has been accepted.

We do not charge our clients for canceled orders. A transaction on your statement may indicate an authorization hold was placed on the funds associated with the order, but the authorization should be reversed within five to seven business days. If you would like to proceed with your purchase, a new order must be placed.

 

PAYMENTS – 

IDENTITY VERIFICATION 
We may contact you directly to request proof of identification to verify your identity, shipping and billing address for security purposes. Marei New York, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the order if the buyer refuses to provide valid identification and proof of address. Orders flagged as suspicious by our risk management team will be cancelled and immediately refunded. Please provide a telephone number with your order so that we may contact you. 

PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD
Marei New York, Inc. accepts all major credit cards for all orders excluding high ticket items. Payments for high ticket items are to be made strictly via bank wire transfer only - please see below. Orders paid by credit card may subject to an additional 3% credit card fee. No items will be sent prior to the receiving of funds.
 

PAYMENTS BY BANK WIRE TRANSFER
Payments for high ticket items are to be made strictly via bank wire transfer only. Buyers are responsible for any wire/bank wire transfer fees. Marei New York, Inc. will email banking details to you separately to arrange payments by bank wire transfer. No items will be sent prior to the receiving of funds. All domestic wire transfers will be subject to an additional $15.00 processing fee. All international wire transfers will be subject to an additional $35.00 processing fee.
